Firstly may we thank every school, teacher and pupil that participated in the Big Sing and for their fantastic support throughout the event. We would also like to thank every school and individual who chose to raise money for the 3 charities involved with the Big Sing, helping to contribute to the wonderful work they perform within the UK.

After several months of gathering the necessary data we have to report that regrettably many verification forms were either invalid or not received and therefore unfortunately, despite the great response from those schools that took part, we were unsuccessful in our attempt to break our previous simultaneous sing world record, falling just short of the 293,978 voices needed.

Once again we offer our thanks for the support, enthusiasm, dedication and hard work shown by all participants, and hope that the Big Sing proved an enjoyable experience for all concerned.
